Hi just looking for a bit of help
I am trying to connect my dvd palayer to the aux 2 3 or 4 inputs and i think the load of holiday dvds i would like to copy.
Is there any way i can get around this as i have changed all the neccessary settings on aux 2 to rgb etc the only setting that works is if i put it on to s video but it come out odd coloures. can any body enlighten me on this problem

Sounds kinda wierd as I have my player connected via Scart to AV2 on my DMRE50 and can transfer flawlessly from one to the other.

Check the settings on the dvd PLAYER are set to output correctly, and try experimenting with a RAM disc to find the one that works.

PS: I could understand if it was a pre recorded DVD..macrovision would kick in, but if this is holiday footage it shouldn`t have macro on it?

can ypu explaint to me about macrovision as i was trying normal movies and assumed that this would work i am pretty new to all this as this is my first dvd recorder is there any way off diabling macrovision on the dvd recorder?
