Page 1 of Me, Myself & Irene - Scan SC2000

Has anyone had any problems while watching this DVD R1 ?, the problem I`m having is that the playback will pause for a second every 20 mins or so.

This is my second scan machine, the previous one was returned because
of disk skipping on certain titles. My current firmware is v2.06, I`m considering upgrading to 2.08 to see if this will cure the problem but after
reading all the problems you guys have encounted I`m not sure if I dare !!!

Everything else about the machine seems fine, the picture quality is excellent ( much better than my other player - Philips 711 ) the sound quality is also superb, and it`s so nearly an excellent player.

Someone must have the same problems as me : ( come on guys give me some help as it`s really starting to P*** me right off

I would upgrade to 2.08 and see. Then try the next version when Scan release it very soon. If still no improvement speak with Scan.
