100 Hz Flat screen 3 Scarts (2 RGB) don`t care about sound only the picture.
Any recommendations appreciated.

Try techtronics.com, I have a Panasonic 28ps12 which is pretty good for about £480 inc stand

If you are sticking with 28" you do not need to pay extra for 100hz,which will give problems on Sky Digital.Stick with a Panasonic 50hz unless you go to a larger screen
