Multiregion Pioneer + RCE

Could anyone tell me wether the multiregion Pioneer DV360 from Richer Sounds is RCE compatible, I don`t want to get any RCE disks only to find out that it isn`t.

It is unlikely any chipped machine would not be RCE compatible. In my experience, all up to date chipping has no problem with it.Some older machines, and some hacked by remote(Philips for definite) may cause problems.

" some hacked by remote(Philips for definite)"

I read this and got worried. so I took my US copy of MIB II (known to be RCE) and dropped it into my Phillips LX3000D (which is set to region free) and it played without a problem.

Is your Philips chipped? The RCE problem is restricted to Philips machines hacked by remote.

I bought it 3 weeks ago from a local store - Its the 25S revision which I hacked using the Play 15902379390 Play remote hack.

Its the Wdiescreen Special edtion ( 2 DVD) MIB II which I was reliably informed was RCE.

Thats unusual.Do you have any other Columbia Tristar region 1 biggies, like Spiderman?

Looking through my stack of Regon 1 CDs there only seems to be 1 Columbia TriStar in the collection - most fo the rest are Dreamworks or WB. My copy of Spiderman is the UK release.

So I guess the question is - does anyone have a LX3000D and any other known RCE discs?
