Can anyone tell me which of the cheaper model dvd players can be hacked to make them multi region and also to take of the macrovision, I would like to put it in the kids bedroom, so as cheap as poss please

Pretty much any of the Argos/supermarket players can be hacked with the remote for multiregion,however,Macrovision does not seem as easy as it was.The Tesco Dansai range for example have no Macro off on the most recent models.I would advise a look through the Multiregion hacks section of this site.If its going in the kids bedroom,why is Macro off important?

Why does macrovision need to be off when you can buy SCART splitters from Argos from less than a tenner ?
