I play my dvds through the playstation and region2 are ok but anything else comes out Black and White. Do I need a new TV or new dvd player.

This will be due to Region 1 NTSC signalling. Check for any switches for PAL / NTSC or AUTO and change accordingly.

have looked and cant find one. Will a new dvd player solve this problem for me?
