I`ve just seen this player for £79.99 at currys including a scart cable and was thinking of buying it as a present for my dad`s xmas box. Is this player any good and can it be hacked to play multi-region or vcd`s? Other players I was looking at was the Cyberhome 402 for the same price at WHSmiths or the Alba 108 at Argos for £69.99. Does anyone know if the Alba 108 has zoom, slow motion features etc as Argos does not give any description.
