My son has obtained a Ferguson DVD 400 FE without a remote control, it plays DVDs OK, but will not play VCDs.
I have obtained the DVD codes to make it multi region and play VCDs but cannot enter them without the remote control.
I have tried to purchase a replacement remote control, but all suppliers contacted say they do not recognise the model.
Can anybody help with the remote control model number, know of a suitable source of supply or have either the web page or telephone number of Ferguson.
Alternatively, does anybody know of a way to enter the codes without the remote.
