Just wondering if the warfedale 750s can play dvd-r`s?
Also i am in need of another dvd player now and having bought the Warfdale from tesco`s 2 years ago i was/am very happy with it. I am wondering if there are any other players you would recommend like the warfedale 750s for around the £100-£150 mark?
What are the current tesco dvd players like? Dansai?
Oh one last thing anyone know where i can get a replacement remote control for the warfedale 750s?

In my experience the Dansai is a less solid machine than the Wharfedale though it can probably play more disc formats. As to the dvd-r question, try one and see. If your thinking of playing back a dvd recording then you must have something like the Panasonic E-20 recorder in mind.

I dont have any DVD-r`s and wasnt going to buy one without knowing if they play on it. Oh well its only £5 may as well try.
