Hi looking for a cheap dvd player, does this on play :
CDR - CDRW - DVD-R - DVD-RW - DVD+R -DVD+RW - VCD - SVCD - MP3 - AND IS IT REGION FREE. CHEERS

It is a Dansai 852 clone, it WAS macro free but isn`t anymore! I ordered one from HED 2 weeks ago and the macro off option has been removed from the menu. A friend had one from Empire Direct a week earlier - no longer stocked now - his is macro free.

Otherwise it is a pretty good machine but the picture is not quite up to that from a MICO Classica 20.
