Does anyone know, if after following the hack listed on this site - is the DVD able to play RCE as well as ordinary R1 discs??

Thanks for that Steve, I take it you have one? Do you know if you are able to disable the macrovision and if so, how is it done? Or is this done at the same time as region hack, by that hack if you see what I mean?

Yes got one in the daughters bedroom and it`s played everything thrown at it ok. There is no Macro hack for this machine. If you are desperate to get rid of macro you can use a mac-master lead made by sontel but the quality can be degraded. Steve..
