Please can anyone help with the crack to remove the macro-vision from tesco`s dansai 1010 . see gingga`s instructions on removing multi-region codes

try this m8 could you lmk if it works rob!!!!
1. Press the Setup button on your remote control 2. Press the Stop button on the front panel of your unit 3. Press the Previous button on the front panel of your unit 4. Press the Next button on the front panel of your unit 5. You should now be in a secret menu where you can change the region from 1 to 6, or Bypass for region free 6. You can also disable Macrovision from this menu

Hi polo66.
I`ve purchased the DANSAI 1010 DVD player from Tesco`s and the Hack doesn`t work on mine. Could you please advise me if it worked on yours. If so, please could you advise what you did. Did you need another Region disc in the player b4 changing the region?... Ta RFrancis

There is a step missing in the previous post, this is what you do: 1. Press the Setup button on your remote control 2. 2. Press the Stop button on the front of your player 3. 3. Press the Forward button on the front of your player 4. 4. Press the Previous button on the front of your player 5. 5. Press the Next button on the front of your player 6. 6. You will now be in a hidden menu where you can change the region to 1 for Region 1, 2 for Region 2, and so on, or Bypass for multi-region playback
However you CANNOT disable Macrovision on his paleyr, despite what you might have heard or read.....sorry.
