OK, there has been alot of talk about multi-region and macro hacking...haw about FBI and user phobation hacking. Do DVD players have a menu that can bypass this silly protection?
I find it anoying when I try to skip to the next chaper or somting due to this.

Us Sampo owners have sussed it :-)
It does mean a lot of firmware changing, however, and is not for the faint-hearted.

also the x-wave machines can skip most fbi/copyright intro`s (i think the x-wave is actualy a sampo)

The same firmware programmer was involved in Sampo/Labway players (hence the reason why XWave players firmware files are called bank30.rom - same as some, not all, Sampo decks)
