Use the Philips DVP3020 hack.
Enter Setup
Highlight Preferences but do not select anything
Key in 1,3,8,9,3,1 in succession
Select Region 0
press OK/Enter
Press Setup to exit

I`ve just made my Philips DVP 3360 multi regional by using the hack put forward by "hellboy"
