Page 1 of This Might be the Multiregial hack for Samsung DVD M301 (I need someone to try this out)

Hi people.. First time poster.

I have a Samsung M301 DVD player and I think I might have found the possible multiregional hack (well if somebody alright found this then I give them the credit).

This is the same as Double Cold Start Aiwa remote control hack for 509. Im using RC-ZAS02 Aiwa remote control.

Always perform Cold Start. Pressing Shift 8 (Sleep) will bring this status on the screen:

Complete Cold Start
DVD Single: NG
DVD Dual L0: NG
DVD Dual L1: NG
VCD/CD : NG
Pickup 2LD

CS:01 1

I think the CS is the country region code.

Pressing Shift 9+9 (Clock and 9) will bring up the disk tray open and it will say ADJUST on the DVD player. I don`t have a Region 2 or 3 disk so I can`t try this but someone who has a M301 with Region 2, 3 disk please try this.

PS. Im still trying to figure out how to change the CS:01 to region 9.

Hi.

After I press sleep the Disk Tray opens showing the cold start screen, so, pressing clock or clock 9 did not make any change cause the disk tray is already opened.

I tried putting a Region 4 DVD, and did not work. Any other suggestion?
