I have read on the other threads that the Sharp dv740 might need different hack depending on what country it`s from. I have tried several times to cd hack mine and it`s not worked at all. I even got a cd from madman and that did`nt work. I wonder if mine is from another country? I`ll have to check it out! P.S - Clayts, I have tried to email you a couple of times mate with my address for you to send me a cd hack and it keeps bouncing back. Although I think that last one might have got through, I don`t know, it was the only one which I never got a system admin error for. Anyway mate if you did`nt get my email and with it my address, I will leave it on this thread if you want me to. Just let me know. Thanks!!

It could be possible that you have a German player (we don`t know whether these run off a different hack yet), or indeed a Portuguese one.
Get in touch with your snail mail and (no offence to Madman), I`ll send you one - someone else had the same problem and I solved it by sending one of my magic discs ! Free of charge, naturally, mate !
