Page 1 of I am having trouble with the JMB DVD-3000 hack

I have tried the hack for the JMB DVD-3000 which is on this site and all I get is the Initialized menu and not the Region Number part, am I doing something wrong or does it just not work.

Try using the remote, as when i did it i could n`t get the menu up using the playe buttons, also only press one skip button.So that`s open/close, stop and forward skip together. As to whether the player is any good, well it`s my first dvd player so i am quite impressed with sound and picture quality. It does feel quite cheap, but does it`s job ie plays movies.Ya pays ya money , ya takes ya chance as they say.

I have used this hack and it works fine......
Make sure you are doing it directly on the DVD player....(my mistake was to try it with the remote control)
