Page 1 of LG DVCR-B300 Region Free Hack Needed

Hello

I need a REGION FREE hack for my LG DVCR-B300 DVD/VCR Combo (purchased in Japan).

I can use the VCD, SVCD hack listed for other LG DVD`s to access the factory reset setting and get the following chipset info,

MODEL: LG_LC_LV07022020002021C
CHIP ID: VADDIS_996
SERVO VER: 10.18
MICOM VER: V1.25

But none of the REGION FREE hacks listed for other LG players or the Toshiba SD270E (which also has a VADDIS_996 chipset) work.

Any help appreciated

If your DVD Player was made in the later part of 2006 then you must follow these instructions.
1. Download this file LG36868.jpg
Please do not change the file name.
2. Burn a CD containing this file.
3. Insert the CD into the DVD Player.
4. The Region Management menu will be shown.
5. Press `0` and then press `pause key` on the Remote Control
