Panasonic SCPMO5 Surround sound/dvd/hi-fi combo, instead of M5 and bush surround

i have a bush surround and wharfedale m5 with loads of problems changed player twice had enough. im looking at the panasonic scpmo5 all in one dvd, hifi surround. Any comments/suggestions???? + region hack or chip????

Well there are certainly NO remote hacks for Panasonic players !! and I havent seen anyone offering a chip for this model yet but it`s 99% certian that it will be chippable
