Page 1 of Palsonic DVD 2050DX multiregion hack

Hi guys and gals,

just bought myself a palsonic dvd-2050dx, damn good player but is locked to region 4.
emailed the fellos at palsonic but no reply. Searched the net but found no help for this model.

If one of you have successfully found a hack for this player could you tell me please.

Here is the code for your player
Here is the region code setting for the DVD2050dx,

1. power on

2. open tray and ensure no disc inside

3. press 8888 on remote control

4. the screen will display a region code number. If the number isn't 9 press enter until it is

5. press open/close or setup to exit the setting

If that doesn't work turn unit off and then repeat the first two steps. When you get to step 3 press 8888 then 9.Then proceed to step 5. These steps will then ensure that your unit becomes multizoned.
