Is there any hack to make this player region free or multi region
or to play any format off VCD

hered this one might work on hitachi 315
Samsung M105 multi-region hack:

Press standby on your remote.
Press repeat on your remote.
Key in 387679 (if player is region 2) on your remote.
Press standby on your remote.
Player is now region free.
