Can anybody please help after what seems like days of relentless searching yet to no avail are there currently any hacks available for the Alba 113 any help on this matter would be gratefully accepted

i tried gettin this dvd player from argos a few week back now. they gave me a alba 104, which seems surprisingly multi region straight from the box!

Sorry man. I just bought an AlbaDVD113 from Argos under the proviso that it played both NTSC and PAL (the catalogue said it did). NOPE. It doesn`t and I can`t find a hack either.

i have just purchased an alba dvd113 from argos, you might be interested to know that it plays region 1 discs.

i am interested, thats why i view this thread. do you know how to hack it? or is it multi-region out of the box?

I purchased the abla 113 last friday and found it played region 1 discs and vcd`s, the only problem that i found with it was, that it was very noisy as it moves from one screen shot to another. is this a common problem??????
