:( its been some time since i requested this info and some guys and gals have put forward there information thankyou to all so far,however by hopefully directing this to a wideer audience i try my luck
I need if poss region unlocking for a reg2 technosonic dvdr 2018 whoich i purchased from bioots xmas 2004 as my daughter has several reg 1 ntsc discs from our hols in florida i have at the moment for her got a budget matsui which i multi regioned by remote
also My hitachi 28" wide screen tv has only 1 RGB input scarts and 1composite scart only but when connected in line with the sky digi box together with a 2 into one splitter( too mimick 2 rgb devices into one RGB socket) it causes havoc when i try to monitor or record dvd recording of scart input which has come from the sky box any suggestions please

I just found this hack and it worked on my Technosonic DVDR 2018
CONTENT:MODEL NO. DVDR2018 - HACK CODE 1) There must be "no disc" in the DVD Recorder! 2) Press the 'RETURN' button on the Remote Controller 3) Press the 'INFO' button on the Remote Controller 4) Press '8' button 3 times continuously 5) Press now the number 0 through 6 to select the appropriate region, where 0 is region free
