Pacific DVD1002 MK2 player £34.94 at Asda
Anyone know a macrovision hack for this player Done multiregion ok

Sorry I do not have an answer for you on the macrovision hack but could you share how you did the multiregion hack with me.Have just purchased from ASDA and followed the instructions for the DVD1002 given on this web site but no joy. Cheers

no problem..
remove disc if in the player and power off at the mains. Power on. Now using the remote, Press Open/Close so the draw opens now Press Clear button Press 1 Press 3 Press 6 Press 9 Then Press 0 Close the drawer using the remote. Now try player
If that does not work (It should as i have done it on 1002mk2 and the 900 model ok) , then try the one below:
Press Setup Press 1 for Region 1, 2 for Region 2 etc, or 7 for Bypass Press Pause/Step, Previous, Next and Setup

Hi, I need a bit of help with this as I can`t get the 1,3,6,9 etc hack to work & the other one I don`t understand the instructions,because on my player Pause & Step are 2 different buttons,so what does "Pause/Step" actually mean?...press them both at the same time!? I tried that but still no joy.

The "pause/step" button is just one button on the remote. Maybe you got the wrong remote?
