Page 1 of Need Hack For TEVION TSDVD 1200 (Aldi) Is it Multi Regional???

I am considering buying TEVION TSDVD 1200 from Aldi. Can anyone tell me if this is a multi region player. The box quotes that it will play all formats of disc and it is multi language. If not a multi region are there hacks for it. I cannot find out if this is a clone from another maufacturer. To hack I presumably need to know manufacturer. Your help appreciated .

Mine says Region 2 only in the manual ... ???

THIS IS ALREADY MULTI REGION I AM PLAYING USA DVD`S ON MINE.

PHONED ALDI HELP LINE, NICE CHAP ON PHONE TOLD ME IT IS ALREADY MULTIREGIO. i HAVE PLAYED MY USA DVD`S ON IT. THEY PLAY FINE.

Anyway...was looking for an FCC number on the box at the weekend to identify the original manufacturer and model... and noticed that there is a Region 2 icon on the back of the player too.

However, will take your word for the multi-region thing. Only got R2 DVDs anyway! :D
