The guy promised me the machine was multi-region, and with no plans to go back to the said airport I`m stuck with Region 1. Does anyone have a hack code for a Mintek MDP-1720? The ones posted for the 1710 don`t work.

press setup button then go to preferances then press 255135 then on the curcer first press the left button then the down button then on the left hand top corner it will read region 1 then press on your remote the 10/0 it shoud then reed region 0 then press the menu button enj. i am not sure if it is the DIRECTION BUTTON first you use left and down then folowed by the nrs 255135 try them both enj.if then you press the 10/0 button and the region 0 dose not apear then press region 1 then press menu button to store then you play region one disc when you want to play region two disc you will have to do the hole proceding again, enj.if you cant make heads or tails of it then phone MINTEK on 001-714-777-3090 ext.208 and the ladys name is JOANNA she is a grate lady, ps the time differanc is 8 hrs the best time to phone is 10-30 PM ENJ.
