I`ve just seen a DVD comparison chart on the Richer Sounds, www.richersounds.co.uk.
It states that the DVD-710 will not play RCE disks. Is this true?

no its not true......
It may be true for their multi-region players...but not if you apply my ONEFORALL hack to a non-modified 710

Probably their modification makes player region 0 instead of auto-region as RC6 hack does...
