Samsung DVD-L-200 Change NTSC to PAL and reverse, it´s possible?

I have Samsung Portable DVD-L-200, I bought this device in Panama, the seller asured me that this DVD is Multiregión and Multisystem. Really It´s multisystem but isn´t multiregion . Is possible to change it. Your help will be highly appreciate.
