- Turn it on
- Open the dvd cover and leave it open
- with the remote hit setup, hit the right arrow three times, then press 9653
a screen should come with the region code on it set to what you need 0 is for multi region.
- hit enter and it will back you out,

Do you know the hack for the Audiovox 1730 as well ?
