Does anyone know of a multi-region hack for this player? Or could it be a clone?

Isn`t this the same machine as the Scan SC2000?

Having seen your posting, I decided to buy the Daewoo from ARGOS because if the hack didn`t work I could get my money back! The hack works perfectly, once I realised that I had to have `NO DISC` on the display. One point of note is that it even has the Macrovision disable option!! The Sony RGB scart does have a problem though because the player only puts 8 volts on pin 8 and 2 volts on pin 16. I think that you need arounf 3-4 volts on pin 16 to get the auto switching to work. Pin 8 should really be 9-12 volts. I am really happy with the unit, especially for £180 :-)
