I have been looking also for a hack for the same model so if anybody has one please help as I`m pulling my hair out !!!!

I`ve recently bought the LG Home Theatre model LH-D6530 and also started to search how to make it multi region and find out the next site: http://lgregionfree.tripod.com. There is just one link for all models LG Home Theatre. But I hadn`t do this Scarlet CD-R disc to check work it or not. May be you`ll check more quickly and tell me result bye e-mail: nigavv[at]ur.liam. I`ll be waiting for your answer.

FOUND THIS ON ANOTHER SITE MAY BE OF SOME USE Region code hack posted by Jaymz, December 21 2003:
1. Download 6000.zip from lgregionfree.tripod.com, small file (4kb)
2. Burn the whole DIR (RMTM0000) to a CD using Nero Burning ROM (ISO Level 1, Mode 1, ISO 9660)
3. Insert the burned CD into the dvd, wait for the menu on the TV.
4. Press "0", then "PAUSE" and after that turn the dvd OFF
5. That`s it !!!, REGION FREE.

:D HERES THE HACK YOU NEED. JUST DONE IT MYSELF SO I KNOW IT WORKS. PLUG IN AND TURN THE PLAYER ON USING THE REMOTE. WAIT FOR THE NO DISC MESSAGE. PRESS OPEN ON REMOTE. THEN PRESS: PAUSE, 3, 1, 4, 1, 5, 9. WAIT FOR "CODE..." TO APPEAR.(DOESNT APPEAR ON MINE SO IF IT DOESNT, DONT WORRY, JUST CARRY ON WITH THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS.) ENTER/PRESS "0" FOR MULTI REGION. THEN PRESS PAUSE ON REMOTE, THEN POWER ON REMOTE. DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
