Limit JDV300A - bargain multi-region from Richer sounds ?!?!?!?!?!?

Nice looking DTS compatible however it is supposed to be multi-region, but put my newly acquired SHAFT disc in and it says "wrong region" - I thought that Multi-region was supposed to be just that ! Anyway, tried it on my old tesco`s wharfedale and the damn thing works ? Any suggestions on how to sort out the limit anyone ?
