Hi I have a S224 which I have entered the multiregion hack codes from this site. But when I attempt to play aregion one disc this picture jumps about as if there is no vertical hold. Could this be something to do with macrovision?

No, it`s probably to do with the fact that your TV isn`t 60Hz compatible. Do you have a different TV you can try it on?
