Early Philips multiregion players.Here is the RCE hack

This is for all 1998 philips players distrubuted in the Asia Pacific area, models 820 840 860 and may also work on Toshibas and some other players. When you first load the disc, repeatedly press the stop button to prevent the player entering playback of disc.Then use the Track/chapter function(T-C button), to tell the player to commence from title 1 track 1. Depending on the navigation of the disc you may/will loose some functionality, but should be able to watch the movie. I have tried this on The Patriot(columbia tristar) and it works, but i will also try it on Hollow Man in a few days to make sure. I hope this helps someone. Cheers Aaron Bleakley
