I`ve been looking about for the hack to make the Samsung M-105 play CVD`s. I have already hacked it for multi-region. Some people say it can be done, some say there are a few problems with it. Can any one tell me what the hack is and any problems that have arisen when tried out.

There is no hack that will allow this player to play VCDs. The drive that reads the discs is 100% VCD compatible. What it is not compatible wiht is CD-R and CD-RW. If you look in the manual it says it is fully compatible with VCDsm but, not with CD-Rs.
The hack for multi-regioned worked fine when I had the player - it`s quite a neat player - if it played CD-Rs it would be great!
