Page 1 of hack for Philips DVD 710

I’ve tried the multi –region hack for dvd 750 ,but after entering the code 222 222 005 255 & pressing play ,the screen goes red and after power down/up still displays the region code mismatch notice for region 1 discs. I’m using a philips remote ,any ideas ?

i got a phillips 710.

i also got a dvd region free disc that wont work for my ps2.

all i can say is this...

I HATE THE UK DVD MARKET AND ALL THIS CRAP WE HAVE TO GO THRU JUST TO SIT DOWN AND ENJOY THE SIMPLE PLEASURES A FILM HAS TO OFFER DAMMIT
IM SICK OF WAITING 6 MONTHS TO A YEAR FOR A FILM TO FINALLY GET HERE

You need to go out and buy yourself a programmable remote like a one for all 4 or 6, the cheap one for all`s are no good, got to be a decent one, try Argos, Currys, Dixons, Comet etc.
