can anyone supply me with a hack for a AKURA tv/dvd combi. does anyone own one of these?are they any good? regards tcf.

To covert Akura TV/DVD combi (APDV149T-S)to multiregion and VCD support
1. Press the DVD/TV button on the remote 2. Press the Eject button on the remote 3. Press the Setup Button on the remote 4. Press the Right button on the remote 5. Press the Left button on the remote 6. Press the Down button on the remote 7. Press the Up button on the remote 8. Press the Display button on the remote 9. Press buttons from 0 to 7 for the required region. (0 for multiregion playback) (Warning: Do not press No. 8 button as the screen gets corrupted) 10. Press the 3D button for the VCD support. 11. Press the Exit button on the remote 12. Press the Standby button on the remote
