Page 1 of Multi-Region hack required for SCHNEIDER 857

I got this player from ASDA early december and can`t seem to find any hacks which will work. I`ve tried different ones posted around which also seem to be attributed to the Pacific 1002, but none of these seem to work.

Please help with as many variations as possible I`ll try them all!!

Any other applicable hacks (macrovision etc) will also be happily accepted.

This Works!!
1.Ensure a region 2 disk is in the player.
2.Press "setup"
3.Press "7" for bypass region code.
4.Press "Pause/Step.
5.Press previous (This is the ¦>¦ button)
7.Press "setup"
8.Try a region 1 dvd.

Although you will not see any change or menus when going through this procedure it does work.

Still can`t get this one to work either, I`ve tried `0` instead of `7` and every varation of `previous` or >>I , I<< , << , >> , < and >.

I`ve also seen this combination showing previous, followed by next. This doesn`t work either!

Thanks for the suggestion though, any other ideas??
