FOR ALL YOU OUT THERE STILL LOOKING FOR THE HACK FOR YOU BUSH COMBI IT IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. OPEN DRAW. 2. PRESS STOP ON YOUR REMOTE 3. PUSH THE NUMBER 1,9,9,9 ON YOUR REMOTE (ONE AFTER THE OTHER). A SETUP MENU WILL APPEAR ON YOUR SCREEN. 4. WERE IT SAYS REGIONAL CODE CHANGE TO ALL. 5. CLOSE THE DRAW. NOW YOUR PLAYER IS MULTI-REGIONAL.

If you buy the DVD143TV this is already multi-region and plays VCD not sure about SVCD

Press open on the remote. Press 2,0,0 and 1 on the remote. Player should now be multi region Have fun

thanx for the code julian,i was hoping that if i multi-regioned the player it would allow me to play svcd,it plays vcd no problem,but only plays svcd with no sound. is there any way of changing this player to play sound on my svcd`s?

First of all many thanks for all the useful information posted on this Forum regarding the DVD141TV. I have sucessfully managed to get it working Multi Region as a result of this.
For some reason, my unit has never been able to play VCD`s even though the Logo on the Unit and in the Manual it says it can.
I`ve found various links (this one in particular was excellent http://www.harkcom.demon.co.uk) that explain how to upgrade the Firmware on the Cyberhome 528 and 302 which apparently the DVD141 is a variant of.
But - I don`t know which one, i.e. the 528 or the 302 ?
Can anybody help ?
