Are you sure it`s a 2020? Here`s a list of Bush players, one of them may work for you.

Mine was region free out of the box?

I have checked it with dvd`s from several regions.

I have the Bush 2023 and it also appears to be region free out of the box, maybe the whole Bush range is.
