Please - there must be some easy way of hacking this player. I don`t really want to pay £50 or more just to make it play region 1 discs.
If anyone can help me I`d be really grateful.

What was it about "Sonys, Panasonics, most JVCs, Toshibas cannot be hacked via the remote. A chipping company (and therefore payment of a fee) is necessary." on the forum opening page you did not understand?

I agree with it is unfair I`ll do some test using a Pronto to hack the sony NS300 and NS400
I`ll lert you know, I think you will be able to see Region 1 and 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 believe me
By The way Steve you know that you can hack a Sony with a pronto dont you?
