My friends dvd is gone pete tong (wrong) it will not play multi region dvd`s and recordable disc`s Know any solutions ? Please help, Also do anyone know were i can get my Toshiba DVD SD -110E Chipped in Bristol ? And how much it would cost?

You can chip the tosh yourself by hiring an internal tool
