after returning my dansai to tesco they informed me that they had quite a few returns on this model however after lots of bullshits & the fact that i decide to buy the philips 623 instead ( it was 2am ) they let me upgrade. so beware ,tesco are now refusing to refund your money in some stores due to the high number of returns ref Tesco Ipswich OH PHILIPS 623 PLAYERS VCD/SVCD £ 129.00
