Towers,here is the hack for the Mustek V520....To Region Hack the MUSTEK DVD-V520 you must access a secret menu. To access this menu you have to do the following:

Ensure the players tray is empty and closed
On the Remote control:
Press SETUP
On the players Front Panel:
Press NEXT
Press STOP
Press PAUSE/STEP
Press PREV
Press NEXT
You should now see a new MENU. Go to Select Region and make your choice:

Region 1

Region 2

Region 3

Region 4

Region 5

Region 6

By Pass*

* this is the selection for region free

If this hack fails try this:

Press Setup
Press the volume + and - keys alternating until you see "VER #" (# is your current Region code)
Use the Cursor keys to choose VER 255 (Region free)
Press Setup
Another possibility is this:

Press SETUP
Press NEXT, PREV, NEXT, PREV
Then you will find the menu. It says `ver x`. x is you Region code. Press PREV until x=255 for Region free mode
Press SETUP .

Im sorry but I don`t know of any hacks for the Aiwa or the Sharpe,maybe someone else can help you there.Cheers.Pele.
