Gutted, met him many moons ago at my local comic shop which published the bogie man and bbc filmed it and we all watched it one evening, a very kind decent funny man. 72 years young

Definitely a nice guy.
Not to impressed when I wouldn't let him smoke in the car many moons ago picking him up from LWT.

Probably remember him as much for Cracker as Hagrid.

Very sad about Robbie Coltrane. Sometimes you hear stories of how people were nasty or difficult to work with, but not a peep regarding Robbie. Scene from "The Supergrass" back in the 80's. No CGI. No stuntman. Even the rescue boat refused to go out. Incredible. 🎥 pic.twitter.com/fKWuMxX0GO  http://twitter.com/NWankshaft/status/1581424020225826816

I know they did stuff in those days that health and safety would quite rightly veto for being way too high risk. The Young Ones were notorious for it, so it doesn't surprise me they did the same at The Comic Strip, being mostly the same group of people.

Even so, I wouldn't!
