Or you could read a number of responses to that thread that appear to back her up...

Afghanistan’s new Taliban rulers won backing from 10 regional powers at talks in Moscow for the idea of a United Nations donor conference to help the country stave off economic collapse and a humanitarian catastrophe.
On Wednesday, Russia, China, Pakistan, India, Iran and formerly Soviet Central Asian states Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan joined the Taliban in calling for the UN to convene such a conference as soon as possible to help rebuild the country.Maybe, just maybe, if you'd not murdered thousands of people to take control of a country you have no capacity to govern, perhaps the economic & humanitarian status wouldn't be so dire.
But hey-ho, the usual suspects are more than happy to sit down with the murdering cavemen and help them on their way to launch terrorist attacks on every other country but themselves.

I'd say all those usual suspects will actually be delighted to be doing this under the cloak of peaceful co operation.
With the possible exception of India or is there something my admittedly sketchy knowledge of that area has missed.
