Merry Christmas folks.
Happy Christmas everyone.
You'd hope 2021 will be a whole lot better than 2020 but with Brexit who the f*** knows?
Boris's understanding of a 'free trade' deal is certainly not aligned with business' so let's see...

Merry Christmas in a bubble, weird times, but making the best of it.
Won a tenner on a Christmas scratch card, so only a few more quid to be a millionaire, so we walked into the village shop, and got more scratch cards with the win, here's hoping! :D
A quieter day than intended, relatively absent if you get my drift, but enjoyable none the less.
The usual troughing followed by a walk with me, several thousand excess calories and the dog.
Got me out of the clearing up so a win in my book.
Just about to finish the red wine whilst I find a movie to round the day off.
Hope yours have all gone well.

Belated Christmas wishes.
Was a busy day yesterday that included a Christmas Eve passing of someone we knew and a meal on wheels dash on Christmas Day for my parents.
Didn't turn out as hectic as I thought it would be though.
Here's hoping 2021 turns out a tad better...

All good. It was my other half's dad's wife (ie not her mum), who had been suffering from cancer for the last few years. A bit of a merciful release and expected for a while.
Sad regardless for her immediate family, but probably a relief that she's no longer suffering as well.
Thank you for your kind thoughts.
