Do all ex-Presidents continue to receive intelligence briefings?

Can't see why that would ever be necessary considering they're out of government...

Apparently it's the norm to continue allowing ex-Presidents to continue receiving intelligence info in case their own past experiences may come in handy should the need arise. Those who were long-term senators/congressmen(women) may have more expertise to offer.

Which is probably the reasoning behind Trumps exclusion. He has no prior experience in international diplomatic affairs (apart from weakening relationships), he was never a party to anything of that ilk before taking office by virtue of the EC alone, and he has a documented past of blabbing state secrets to exactly the wrong people.

It's for this reason I firmly believe he was never truly in possession of the nuclear launch codes. Ever.

(tl;dr they've re-opened existing facilities but stripped them out so that they're covid-compliant. Another big difference is the kids aren't turned back as soon as they're processed)
