**EDIT** OK, changed my mind.  Found this article that shows that black businesses are disproportionately more likely to fail or have failed than than any other demographic:

This doesn't negate my point of view at all, but based on this I'm willing to believe that Biden's language was just clumsy and that the incoming administration is just looking to help out the demographic most affected.

So it also appears that Biden is going to reduce the male prison population and alter crime stats so that no one can ever again complain that men commit more crime.

This doesn't bode well...

Not necessarily, but to be fair, further investigations show that this hasn't started with Biden.  This is now law in a small number of US states.

Not sure how anyone thinks this is going to help, but I'm sure you can tell me.

Also, if the blurb on the page you linked to is accurate and is what he indeed is planning to deliver then overall that's quite positive...

Yeah, saw that as breaking news. Earlier reports were that the planned protests were either poorly attended or complete no-shows, so when i saw that report coming in I immediately thought something much more nefarious and long-game was afoot. But no, just some homeless guys burning stuff, apparenty.
