I am a total believer in UFOs.
There are airborne objects that have been spotted which are unexplained, that's exactly what the initialism means. It's been hijacked over the years to mean stuff piloted by alien intelligence, which it ain't until ET points his little glowing finger at me and points to home.
Bandi your whole theory above seems pure MIB and or Von Daniken.

Who carried things like smart phones with inbuilt cameras in those days LOL).
But I will tell you, a close encounter leaves more questions than answers, as I did not know if it was a man made machine using back engineered alien tech, or an alien craft itself. It was silent, when hovering and moving away.
Mind you if it had landed with open doors, I would have ran a mile in the other direction, having seen many nasty alien scenarios in the movies :D
So the moral is, if you have seen them up close, then the truth is out there, but if you have not, then its difficult to get you to believe. Keep your eyes on the skies, and watch out for broken pavements.

I think some UFOs may well be alien visitors, I like to think of it a bit like David Attenborough et al, watching from a distance, but every now and again gets a bit too close. Often doesn't interact, but occasionally does.
I'm not suggesting I think they're lizard ppl who have infiltrated government, but I reckon if/when we find life on another planet, we'll keep our distance and watch for a bit, and then we'll say hello, and they'll tell us to p*** off as they don't want us messing up their planet as they've seen what we've done to ours ;)

I'm not saying aliens couldn't possibly visit the Earth from a distant planet, but... you know... physics... minimum time taken to visit from another world... and everything that implies.

My theory about life on other planets and if we've been visited is pretty constant. Yes there is and no we haven't, and the evidence of that is the size of the universe itself.
If you've personally seen a UFO, yes you have. If you think you've seen a craft from another planet, no you haven't.
The facts with regards to potential visitations and/or transmissions from other civilisations is pretty much set in stone with the speed of light as the benchmark, which is why SETI is pretty much a waste of time & money.
We are a tiny speck in the middle of a colossal ocean not making ripples large enough for anyone to take notice.

Yes, there is life on othger planets. No, they haven't visited us. Believing in alien visitations is the same as believing in a god. There's no evidence of either, but people want to believe in it purely to be proven right at some point.
